Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login secure.
Products, prices, and orders
All prices are shown in US dollars. velvyt ships worldwide, and shipping is calculated at checkout unless a free shipping threshold applies. Prices, product availability, and promotions can change at any time before an order is placed.
An order is an offer to buy. velvyt may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is out of stock, a price or description was listed in error, or the order looks fraudulent. If an order is canceled after payment, the payment is refunded in full.
Product photography and swatches are shown as accurately as possible, but screens vary and results depend on your starting hair color, texture, and how the product is used.
Using velvyt products safely
Color Drops are temporary hair color designed to wash out with shampoo, and no bleach is required to use them. Follow the instructions supplied with the product, do a strand test and a patch test before full use, and keep the product away from the eyes. The products are for external cosmetic use on hair only. Stop use and seek medical advice if irritation occurs.

Discounts and promotions
Discount codes, bundles, and promotional offers are subject to the conditions shown with the offer, may be limited in time or quantity, cannot be applied to past orders, and may be withdrawn at any time. velvyt may cancel orders where a code has been used in a way it was not intended.
Text messages
If you sign up for text messages, you agree to receive automated marketing and service messages from velvyt at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
Reviews and content you submit
If you submit a review, photo, video, or other content, you confirm it is yours to share and you give velvyt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt it in connection with the brand. Content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringing may be removed.
Intellectual property
The velvyt name, logo, site design, text, images, and other material on velvyt.la belong to velvyt or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation or security, scrape or resell its content, or place orders for resale without written permission.
Third-party links
The site may link to services velvyt does not control. velvyt is not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Disclaimers and limits
The site and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, velvyt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Delivery timing, costs, returns, and refunds are covered by the shipping policy and the refund policy, which form part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and any dispute will be handled by the courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Changes
velvyt may update these terms. The version posted on velvyt.la at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
